Faculty Account Separation

Faculty with students will usually have two records.  One record under Faculty and one under Census. 

The Issue:

If both the Faculty and Census records use the same email address (usually the work address) this will cause issue.  

What to do - AKA THE FIX!

Check/Update Email:

1. Make sure that the Faculty Record has the work email address.
2. Make sure that the Census Record has a personal email address
3. Create/Update Accounts:
   1. The Faculty Record uses the work email for their work account
   2. The Census Record uses the personal email for their parent account
