On-Site and Remote Attendance Detail Report

This report will display student attendance over the specified date range. The report displays a list of all students in a grid to show whether each student was marked Present or Absent and whether those entries were designated as Remote or On-Site. It also includes a row for each date to shows the totals in each column.

Only one pre-screen option is available for this report:

• Remote/On-Site Determined By: These radio buttons allow the user to specify how the report determines whether a present or absent entry should be counted as Remote or On-Site:
• Daily Attendance: When this option is selected, the report will use stored Remote/On-Site values submitted through attendance screens for daily attendance (either through a period that drives daily attendance or homeroom attendance screens). This is intended for buildings that allow users to save the Remote indicator for daily attendance.
• Period Attendance: When this option is selected, the report will determine whether a student was on-site or remote based on his or her period attendance. If the student was marked on-site for at least one period during the day, he or she will be considered on-site for the day. This is intended for buildings that are not saving the Remote indicator for daily attendance or for those that offer partial day on-site instruction supplemented with remote instruction for the remainder of the day.

The report uses the "Daily Attendance" option by default.
