Trouble Accessing a Survey

If you're attempting to access a survey and it's asking you to request access:

• 1.     Use a Chromebook.   When logged in to a Chromebook you’re automatically authenticated.
• 2.     If you’re using a Desktop or other PC, make sure you’re logged in to Chrome under your Pal-Mac email address (not your personal gmail).
