How to Report a Phishing Email

NOTE:  Before you may report a suspicious email as a possible phishing attempt, you must first have the KnowBe4 Phishing extension installed in your gmail (click here for instructions).

1. Select the email by clicking the checkbox next to the subject line, or, if you are already inside of the email gmail window (not the one on the extension bar).  See below, and thank you for your help keeping all of our data safe!

Now, you should see the icon showing you that it is installed properly on your extension bar of Google Chrome (see below).

That's it!  Now, when you receive an e-mail that you either, a, believe is a phishing scam, or b, something highly suspicious, click the hook to catch the phish!

This tool is an important resource used by our district to help keep our employees, students, and data safe.   KnowBe4 is the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform that designed to help manage the ongoing problem of social engineering.
