Unblock Format for Go Guardian

If you need to add a site to be unblocked in Go Guardian, they advise the following:

• Identify the root portion of the URL, for instance, this site:
  • https://www.npr.org/2019/11/03/775436518/youll-float-away-on-the-warm-waters-of-the-starless-sea
  • the root in this example is npr.org
• Then, in the Go Guardian Student Filter, add: 
  • *npr.org*
• Use the asterix (shift key plus the number 8) in front and after the root...  so before and after npr.org
